Hi, I’m Toby, a 4-year-old rough-coated Collie… even if my current short haircut doesn’t quite prove it! Don’t worry—my beautiful long coat is growing back, and soon you’ll see just how handsome I really am. I’m a fun-loving guy who enjoys playing, being a little mischievous, and keeping life interesting. I walk nicely on a leash, ride well in the car, and I get along great with other dogs (got one I can play with?). Even though I’m full of personality and charm, I’m not a fan of cats or small children, so I’m hoping for a home without those.
