Happy Adoption Tails - And then there were none....

Today, the last of Stardust’s puppies left for his forever home.

Sweet Journey — our happy little boy with the half ear, the endless joy, and the heart that could melt anyone in an instant — has found exactly where he was always meant to be.

Prior SCR adopters and longtime collie lovers, Erica Bloom and her husband Anthony, came to bring Journey home this morning, and from the very first moments together, it was clear: he already belonged to them. Dogs just know, don’t they? Whether it’s intuition, fate, or something even more magical, Journey found his people… and his pack.

Along with Erica and Anthony, Journey now has big collie sister Sadie and playful German Shepherd brother Kevin to share his adventures with. Watching him leave with his new family filled our hearts in the very best way — the kind of bittersweet joy that comes from loving them enough to let them go.

Thank you all for following along on this incredible journey with Stardust’s puppies. Watching these babies grow, thrive, and find families who adore them has been such a gift. We hope each and every one of them lives a life overflowing with love, happiness, laughter, and countless beautiful moments.
